  • Acupuncture is a core modality of East Asian medicine in which fine, sterile needles are placed along specific channels to support circulation and restore balance. Treatments may incorporate teishin, a non-insertive Japanese tool, gentle moxibustion using warmed mugwort, and facial techniques such as cupping or gua sha, as appropriate.

  • Herbal medicine is an integral component of traditional East Asian care. Formulas are selected according to individual patterns and constitution, typically provided as high-quality powdered extracts or patent formulas for daily use.

  • Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy practice rooted in the traditional Usui lineage. Sessions support relaxation and overall internal balance and may be offered hands-on or remotely.

    Private Reiki sessions are available in person or remotely.

  • Reiki training is offered for those who wish to deepen personal practice or pursue practitioner certification. Instruction follows the traditional Japanese Usui system and is offered remotely in private or small-group format.

    Each level includes attunement, instruction, and guided practice. An integration period between levels is recommended.

    Level 1 – Foundations of Reiki, self-treatment, and hand positions

    Level 2 – Introduction of symbols and distant healing techniques

    Level 3 – Advanced practice and use of the master symbol

    Master Level – Preparation for teaching, including attunement practice and advanced techniques. Completion of Levels 1–3 and sustained personal practice are required.
