Reiki Trainings

Learn how to harness the healing powers of Reiki for yourself and others by becoming a fully certified Reiki practitioner! There are three levels of training to learn Reiki comprehensively.

Reiki Master Level is traditionally considered as Teacher's level, a practitioner who has received the energy and knowledge to attune new practitioners. This Master level training is a powerful healing experience, allowing students to refine their connection with Reiki, to pass the ability to perform Reiki on others and to teach others. You can take this training simply to deepen your practice as well. The details of our training are as follows.

  • In each training, you will receive attunement and knowledge based on Japanese Usui Reiki.

  • Each of Level 1-3 trainings lasts approximately 3 hours and Master Level does 4 hours, offered remotely via Zoom as a private class or in a small group upon request.

  • Training manuals are sent prior to the training. A certificate will be given upon completion of each training.

  • Re-attunement and mentoring sessions are offered to existing students to help them learn at a deeper level.

  • If you have never received Reiki treatment before, we recommend that you have a session prior to the level 1 training. We believe having an experience of receiving energy work will make your learning experience easier.

  • It is highly recommended that you take an approximately 2-week break between the trainings so that you can practice on your own and digest all the information you learn.

  • Prior to the Master level training, you must have completed level 1, 2 and 3 trainings. It is highly recommended that you have practiced at least for 6 months, since having time to develop your practice is essential to bring you to the Master level.

  • Basic information (history, benefit, attunement, etc.) of Reiki

  • How to feel Reiki energy

  • Self-treatment using all the hand positions

Level 2

  • Giving and receiving Reiki treatment using three symbols

  • Distant Reiki healing methods

  • Additional techniques and tools

Level 3

  • Giving and receiving Reiki treatment using the master symbol

  • Reiki affirmation

  • Other styles of Reiki treatment

Master Level

  • The values and spiritual orientation of a Reiki Master

  • Instruction on how to give Reiki Level 1-3 attunements to others

  • Practice giving attunements

  • Preparation for teaching a class: class materials, class flow tips, etc.

  • Advanced Reiki techniques and tools
